Foreward - as seen in the Strategic Plan

This draft Strategic Plan is the culmination of enthusiastic and dedicated discussion by the National Executive. We have been fortunate to have the excellent facilitation skills and expertise of Graham Gibbs of the Department of Internal Affairs. Graham’s involvement has been at no expense to NZAC as the Department is committed to supporting community groups to develop Strategic Plans.

So, together, we present this draft Strategic Plan to you. It is our hope that you will take time to comment on this draft. The draft Strategic Plan is a framework that outlines a possible direction that NZAC might take over the next three years.

We live in a changing professional, political and social environment. A Strategic Plan can give us some solid foundation and direction to respond to these changes. We hope that this draft Strategic Plan provides a relevant framework in which to focus and direct the work of your Association in these changing times.
